Most business masterminds focus on strategy alone. Most personal development work focuses only on inner healing. But real, lasting transformation happens when your strategy, inner world, and energetic frequency are all pointing in the same direction.
What is the Rise Mastermind?
Rise is for the women who know there’s a deeper reason they’re here, and are ready to build something that reflects that. Whether your business is in the early stages, you feel stuck, or want to expand and scale, you are welcome. This is for heart-led women who have done the inner work. Who feel the pull to become more visible, who are ready for the abundance that comes with that, and who want to share their unique gift with the world.

What You Receive
Bi-Weekly Group Sessions
There will be two live group calls each month with a small group of self-aware women who are ready for more honesty, growth, expansion, and expression in their lives.
These sessions are a space to work both practically at the goals and desires you have for your life, and to look at what’s really going on underneath your conscious awareness. The patterns, fears, emotional blocks, relationship dynamics, nervous system responses, and unconscious behaviours that keep you stuck without fully realising it.
There will be teaching, reflection, coaching, conversation, emotional insight, and deep support throughout the process.
Personalised Coaching and Insight
Every one will have the opportunity to receive direct coaching and reflection within the group.
A lot of the women who come into this work are already intelligent, capable, and deeply self-aware. The issue usually isn’t lack of insight. It’s that they can’t always see the whats operating beneath their conscious awareness.
I help you to identify what’s present, and gently hold a space for you to meet the often deepest and tender parts of your psyche, waiting to be integrated.
Often, one honest reflection changes everything on the surface.
Private Telegram Group
We will have a private telegram space for support, conversation, accountability, voice notes, questions, reflections, and connection between calls.
This is not a loud or overwhelming group, and you can contribute as much or as little as you choose. The intention is to create a grounded space where the group can network, feel supported by each other, and receive additional guidance in the space. between the calls.
Practical Guidance
The intention of this mastermind is to help you move forward in your lived life.
That may be your business, relationships, visibility, purpose, creativity, self-expression, boundaries, leadership, or the decisions you know you need to make but keep avoiding.
In order for this to happen, we will work with the unseen layers of reality, deepening as awareness as we go. There will be profound shifts, healing, and a safe and steady embodiment of what you will become.
Emotional & Energetic Support
I find that a lot of women know what they should do logically, but something in them still contracts, shuts down, overthinks, disappears, people pleases, or pulls back when it comes to taking action.
This work helps you understand those deeper emotional and nervous system patterns on a full body level, so that change becomes possible and sustainable.
This happens through pure awareness, a willingness for radical honesty, and capacity, together with the unique medicine that each women brings.
Session Recordings
All calls will be recorded so you can revisit the sessions in your own time.
A lot of people find they hear completely different things when they return to a recording later on in the process.
